Refund & Sizing Policy

At Jocelyn’s Nail Lab, every set of press-on nails is handmade and custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Customers are required to either purchase a Sizing Kit or use our Virtual Sizing option before placing an order. By choosing Virtual Sizing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for submitting accurate measurements. Jocelyn’s Nail Lab is not responsible for incorrect sizing, and refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued for sizing errors.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
Change of mind or order cancellations
Minor nail art or design variations
Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
Damage caused by improper application, removal, or misuse

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Processing & Shipping

At Jocelyn’s Nail Lab, every press-on nail set is individually handmade after your order is placed. Because each set is created just for you, production times may vary. The estimated processing time for your order can be found on each product page and may be longer during busy seasons, promotions, or holidays.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded by Jocelyn’s Nail Lab.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and/or the shipping carrier for assistance. Unfortunately, Jocelyn’s Nail Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped.

Important: Production and delivery are two separate stages of your order. Faster shipping only affects the time it takes your package to travel after it has been shipped. If you need your nails made sooner, a Rush Order upgrade must be purchased.
